Three Awesome Workouts You Never Ever See and Precisely Why You Have to Do Them

Front Squat - Now there's a workout that nobody ever does! This exercise is basically just a squat with the bar in front of your body. Another exercise that folks never do is the reverse hyper extension. Here's a quick guide: Get a reverse hyper machine and use it. You'll get up on a platform type thing so that your body is supported and your lower limbs are dangling. Your legs are attached to a pendulum which has weight attach to it. From here all you need to do is swing the pendulum backwards and forwards using your legs. The effect is a serious workout of the glutes, hamstrings and lower back.



The final workout that's unbelievably Underused is the overhead press. The overhead press is exactly like it sounds...All you do is press a weight over your shoulders! Either two dumbbells or perhaps a barbell. You will be blasting away your shoulders, upper back and biceps and triceps with this particular exercise. The overhead press will also work your core pretty hard. This is because of the tax this activity takes on your steadiness, your abdominal has to over work.
